Our Transportation Group acts on matters relating to all aspects of hull, cargo, passenger, equipment and property claims. We regularly act for motor and marine carriers, fixed wing and rotor operators, pilots, aircraft maintenance engineers, inter-modal shippers, motor coach and bus companies, municipalities, railroads, school districts, freight system manufacturers and operators, NVOCC’s, freight forwarders and warehouse operators, either directly or through underwriters. Over the years, we have effectively resolved hundreds of transportation matters involving catastrophic and large loss personal injuries and property damage, and insurance, indemnity and subrogation issues. Due to our particular expertise in insurance-related matters, we have also assisted clients in numerous disputes involving coverage.
