Flood Restoration Services Inc. opened on 6 June 2009. It evolved from over 20 years of local claims-handling experience prior to its inception. Owners Rachelle Wilson and Chris Lewis have been involved in the insurance restoration industry since 1994. They both have hands-on experience in all aspects of the industry from emergency mitigation services to construction/project management and estimating. Rachelle is currently Secretary Treasurer and lead Office Administrator. With her wealth of experience, Rachelle is able to provide knowledgeable service regarding almost any inquiry. Chris is the President and closely manages the Estimating Team. He actively handles files in the field, sharing his knowledge.

We will work together as a team, sharing our vast wealth of experience in order to provide the best product available to insurance companies and property owners. We will strive to provide a superior level of service at a fair price in our customers’ time of need. We will continue to grow our relationships with our industry partners by providing professional mitigation of water, fire, wind, mould, and asbestos disasters.
