Application materials, including transcripts, personal statement, resume, and letters of recommendation, will be submitted through SOPHAS, the centralized application service for all of the accredited schools of public health. Once you have completed your SOPHAS application, you will submit a supplemental application through the University of Arizona Graduate College and pay the application fee.
