Manually Set Up Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) - DROID TURBO by Motorola

Contact your Exchange/IT administrator for assistance with server information and credentials.

1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps> Settings > Accounts.


2. Tap Add account.


3. Tap Corporate.


4. Enter your corporate email address and password then tap Manual setup (located in the lower-left).


5. Ensure that the appropriate info is entered into the following fields:
   
   • Email address
   
   
   • Domain\username
   
   
   • Password
   
   
   • Exchange server
   
   


6. If applicable, configure the following then tap Next (located at the bottom):
   Enabled when a check mark is present.
   
   • Use secure connection (SSL)
   
   
   • Use client certificate
   
   


7. If presented with a Remote security administration prompt, tap OK.


8. Configure the account options (e.g., Sync frequency, etc.) as necessary then tap Next.


9. If presented with an "Activate device administrator" screen, tap Activate.


10. If presented, select an option then tap Done (located in the lower-right).
    
    • Show all notification content
    
    
    • Hide sensitive notification content
    
    
    • Don't show notifications at all
    
    


11. If presented with an "Encrypt phone" prompt, review the info then tap Encrypt phone.
    Follow the on-screen steps to complete the applied security policy (e.g., Set up password, Device encryption).
    Device encryption can exceed 60 minutes.


12. If desired, enter an account name then tap Next.
