Co-op education opportunity

The Business Administration – Finance program is also offered with a co-op option (PBAFC). The cooperative education experience, subject to application and acceptance, allows you to gain invaluable field experience while working in a program-related position within the industry.

Many of the courses in the Business Administration – Finance curriculum are offered in either an in-class or online format.

Additional costs

In addition to your tuition, you should be prepared to pay for textbooks, supplies and professional certification if you wish to pursue industry licensing courses such as the Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFIC), Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH), and the Life Insurance Qualification Programs (LLQP). Additional fees can range from $200–$1,200 per course and can be changed any time by those external institutions.

In addition to the scholarships and bursaries that Sheridan offers, you may be eligible for awards granted to Finance students based on superior academic performance.

Campus location notice (Ontario College Advanced Diploma)


Beginning in September 2016, all Year 3 courses in our Advanced Diploma business programs currently held at the Davis Campus in Brampton will be held at Sheridan's Hazel McCallion Campus (HMC) in Mississauga. Students in Years 1–2 will continue to take their courses at our Davis Campus, and move to HMC at the start of Year 3.
