If your car is stolen, hijacked or involved in an accident you need not be left stranded.CarSure is a value-added service for the motor insured client whose vehicle may have been involved in an accident, been hijacked or stolen. CarSure provides a rental vehicle while your vehicle is being repaired or replaced, subject to the policy. Thus giving you, the insured client, uninterrupted use of a vehicle.

The only requirement that CarSure has before releasing the rental vehicle is a claim number to validate your claim - obtainable from your insurance broker or insurance company - provided that you have the loss of use or car hire extension on your policy. CarSure is available to businesses and individuals, or insurance brokers or insurers in South Africa.

In collaboration with Avis, we offer you the client :-

Convenience, peace of mind and ongoing productivity, through the uninterrupted use of a vehicle, subject to the conditions of your insurance policy and Avis’ conditions of rental.

Access to a vehicle through any of the Avis stations throughout South Africa. (CarSure endeavours to arrange a rental vehicle within 24 hours of your claim being notified to us during working hours. The type of vehicle depends on the option selected through the policy. The rental vehicles are not fitted with a towbar).

if your own vehicle is not repaired nor replaced within the policy terms CarSure can extend the use of the rental vehicle at your own cost, through your credit card, at specially discounted rates.

Cash-flow planning:

If you don't have insurance cover you should be prepared to face a minimum cost of R2 619.00 for a normal 10 day rental period, that gives up to 100kms free usage per day. This example excludes insurance costs and VAT.

No limit on distance travelled

CarSure provides personal service, through your insurer / broker working in collaboration with Avis, who have over 80 stations in all main centres and tourist locations in South Africa .

To the insurance broker: CarSure provides peace of mind knowing that the client is enjoying uninterrupted motoring, thus allowing the broker’s effort to be focussed on settling the claim.

To the employer: CarSure ensures that the sales or servicing staff remain in contact with clients and suppliers whilst the vehicle is being repaired or replaced.
