Miner Fleet Management Group Completes Merger with Auto Doors, Inc.

SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Miner Fleet Management Group (Miner), an affiliate of Miner Holding Company, today announced a merger with a subsidiary of Auto Doors, Inc. (ADI), a national service provider for automatic and commercial doors, dock equipment, and conveyors. This merger strengthens Miner’s position as an industry leader in ‘round-the-clock’ repair, planned maintenance, and asset management services.
