Checking Cloud Status

If you are ever having a problem accessing the Control Panel, or any other Rackspace Cloud services, the first place you should check is the Cloud Status page. This is where we list all maintenances and service-impacting events, including emergency outages.

The first part of the page lists all Cloud services and their current status. You can expand the view for each service to see its status on a per-datacenter basis.



The next section displays a recent history for each service. If a service had an alert you can click that day’s icon to view any related messages.



The final section of the page lists any recent alerts or scheduled maintenance announcements.
